We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented WordPress Developer with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our web development team. In this role, you will build, customize, and maintain high-performing WordPress websites for a variety of client projects. You should be confident working with custom PHP, popular PHP frameworks, custom themes, and page builders like Elementor. If you enjoy writing clean code, converting designs into fast, responsive websites, and troubleshooting complex technical issues, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, customize, and maintain responsive WordPress websites from scratch or based on custom designs.
  • Write clean, maintainable PHP code and work with core PHP architectures and frameworks to extend website functionality.
  • Develop and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and custom post types according to project requirements.
  • Work extensively with modern page builders (like Elementor) while keeping code lean and clean.
  • Diagnose, debug, and resolve website bugs, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility issues.
  • Optimize website speed, page load times, and overall performance using best caching and coding practices.
  • Ensure website security, handle core/plugin updates, and perform routine maintenance and backups.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and custom web services into WordPress builds.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all devices.
  • Collaborate with design and digital teams to ensure web pages are optimized for user experience and basic technical SEO.
