We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Web Development Intern to join the technical operations team for a leading skill development and training organization headquartered in Indore. In this hands-on 3-month role, you will work directly on live platforms, portals, and student management features under senior developers, building practical domain expertise across web applications. High performers may be evaluated for permanent placement opportunities upon internship completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Frontend Development: Assist in developing, designing, and updating responsive web pages, landing pages, and training portal modules using clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Component Implementation: Collaborate with UI/UX designers and development team members to build and optimize reusable interface elements.
  • Cross-Browser & Device Compatibility: Test portal layouts across various screen sizes and web browsers, diagnosing and fixing styling or layout issues.
  • Basic Feature & API Integration: Support the setup of interactive website features, contact/lead capture forms, and basic API endpoints.
  • Code Maintenance: Follow clean coding practices, track updates using Git/GitHub repositories, and document progress for code reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: B.Tech / B.E. (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, B.Sc (Computer Science), or relevant technical diplomas/certifications.
  • Must-Have: Strong core fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, along with responsive styling frameworks (Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS).
  • Good-to-Have: Exposure to version control (Git/GitHub), basic knowledge of backend technologies (PHP / React / WordPress), or hands-on college/personal web projects.
  • Key Attributes: High curiosity and eagerness to learn, strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and good verbal/written communication skills.
