Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies.
- Maintain effective communication with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
- Coordinate with client HR teams or hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.
- Collect and process candidate documentation and facilitate onboarding processes.
- Keep detailed records of recruitment activities in ATS or HRMS.
- Assist in promoting employer branding initiatives through social media and other platforms.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding candidate pipelines and recruitment status.
- Support administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 0 to 1 year in recruitment or freshers looking for a career in hiring.
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably HR, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of job portals and social media recruiting tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in recruitment.
- Ability to handle candidate and client interactions professionally.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
