Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential B2B clients, tech startups, and enterprises requiring software development services.
Platform Bidding: Manage and generate business through international freelance portals, bidding platforms, and corporate networks.
Outreach & Cold Prospecting: Conduct outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, and professional networks to introduce our firm’s capabilities to decision-makers.
Requirement Gathering: Coordinate the initial communication with prospects to understand their technical project scope and business goals.
Proposal Drafting: Assist in creating persuasive business proposals, corporate presentations, and cost estimations in alignment with technical teams.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, leads, and sales pipelines in the company database.
Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with existing leads and incoming inquiries to ensure high conversion rates.
Required Skills
Lead Generation: Proven understanding of market research, lead prospecting, and corporate outreach strategies.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a confident professional telephone and email manner.
IT Sales Literacy: Foundational knowledge of software development terminologies (e.g., Web apps, Mobile apps, Flutter, PHP, UI/UX).
Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to handle initial client objections, present value propositions clearly, and follow up persistently.
Time Management: Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of meeting daily outreach targets.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience generating IT leads through international bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or Guru).
Experience with professional LinkedIn prospecting, using advanced filters or Sales Navigator.
Ability to understand standard software project requirements and translate them into initial documentation.
