1. General Policy Overview

At CareerKey Solutions (a unit of InfoGlobal), we are committed to providing high-quality HR consulting and job-oriented training. Because our services involve professional expertise, time-intensive mentorship, and digital intellectual property, we have established the following guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations to ensure a fair partnership for both candidates and employers.

2. Job-Oriented Training & Workshops

Digital Content: Refunds are generally not provided for training programs (such as Digital Marketing or Web Development) once the student has accessed the digital modules or session links.
Pre-Batch Cancellation: If a candidate requests a refund at least 48 hours before the batch commencement, a partial refund may be processed after deducting a small administrative fee.
Service Substitution: In certain cases, we allow candidates to transfer their enrollment to a future batch or an alternative course of equal value.

3. Resume & Interview Coaching Services

In-Progress Work: Once the initial career counseling session is completed and the drafting process for an ATS-friendly resume has begun, fees are non-refundable.
Revision Period: We offer a specific revision window (typically 7 days) to ensure the final document meets our high standards and your professional expectations.

4. Employer & HR Consulting Services

Project Milestones: Refunds for B2B services, such as HR compliance audits or talent acquisition projects, are governed by the specific milestones outlined in the service agreement.
Non-Refundable Deposits: Retainer fees for bulk hiring or specialized recruitment search are non-refundable as they cover the initial resource allocation and market mapping costs.

5. Refund Processing

Approval Timeline: All refund requests are reviewed by our accounts team within 10–14 business days.
Payment Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout within 30-45 business days.
