Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional and courteous first impression.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, redirecting or responding as appropriate.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for management or teams.
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure proper security protocols are followed.
  • Assist with daily office operations, including filing, documentation, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve basic complaints, and provide information about company services.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • 6 months to 2 years handling front desk operations, visitor management, calls, and emails.
  • Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and supporting daily office operations.
  • Assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth workflow..
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused with problem-solving ability.
